Individual Session
Whether you are here in Yarmouth on holiday or live locally, you are welcome to come for a yoga session. My studio is a short walk from Yarmouth Town Centre. We will work on a sequence of postures tailored to suit your particular needs, incorporating breathing and relaxation to help you feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
