Resting on the shores of Kootenay Lake, Yasodhara Ashram offers year round yoga classes, courses and retreats. Founded in 1963, by Swami Sivananda Radha, the ashram has grown into a flourishing spiritual community. People come from all over the world to study yoga in this unique environment. Radha Yoga Centres
Radha Yoga Centres are based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda Radha.
She started the first centre in Calgary in 1982 in response to her guru’s instructions to establish many centres of Light. There are centres across Canada, in the United States and Europe.
