Robin Golt is one of Canada’s senior certified Anusara® yoga teachers. She’s been a student of yoga and meditation for 22 years, and met John Friend, the founder of Anusara® yoga and her primary teacher, in 1993. Her classes offer students a beautiful & uplifting blend of precise alignment instruction, an expanding understanding of the life-enhancing philosophy that is the hallmark of Anusara® yoga, and an opportunity for laughter and connection to the heart. She offers classes, workshops and trainings both in Montreal and throughout Canada.

Jordan Nardone is a certified masso-kinesitherapist as well as an enthusiastic student of yoga. Her interest in the incredible workings of the human body began during her classical training as a dancer and continues to grow through both her practice of bodywork and her experience of yoga. She completed an Anusara Yoga Teacher Training program with certified Anusara instructor Robin Golt. Jordan’s Hatha yoga classes combine her integrative knowledge of anatomy and physiology with an upbeat and dynamic attitude that seeks to inspire each student to the highest.
Classes:
Tuesday 6.15 – 7.45 pm mixed level class, an upbeat, dynamic practice. Some experience with yoga is recommended.
Thursday 6.30 – 8 pm therapeutic beginner class: designed for newcomers to yoga and those working with injuries.

Monica Dokupil Diplômée du Centre international Sivananda, Monica n’a cessé depuis vingt ans d’élargir sa vision en pratiquant différentes formes de yoga telles que le yoga Vinyasa, Ashtanga et plus récemment Anusara. En 2008, Monica cofonde ASANA Yoga, espace dédié à l’enseignement du yoga. Croyant que chacun mérite d’avoir accès à une forme de yoga qui respecte ses besoins, Monica offre aussi des classes de mise en forme douce qui s’adressent spécifiquement aux aînés. Au-delà du simple fait de prendre soin de sa santé, Monica souhaite que ses classes puissent éveiller en chacun l’expérience du bien-être, de l’accomplissement et de la paix intérieure.
