I first connected with the teachings of Swami Sivanada Radha in 2003, since when they have inspired and transformed my life. I took the Yoga Development Course at Yasodhara Ashram, Canada in 2008, along with several others from the UK. This enabled me to re-evaluate my life and make confident choices for the future. When I returned, as a qualified
Hatha Yoga teacher, I started up Hatha Classes in my village, which continue. I also completed a degree in Fine Art and now teach art to adults and enjoy painting for myself.
In April 2010 I accepted the role of Treasurer to the Radha House Association, the Charitable Association which oversees the dissemination of Swami Radha’s teachings. In the Summer of 2010, I re-visited the Ashram and undertook Teacher Certification in Kundalini and Dream Yoga and the Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga. This deepened my commitment to the teachings of Swami Radha. I currently offer classes in Canterbury and Chartham.

I have been a teacher of Hatha Yoga for many years and have recently completed my training in Kundalini and Dreams and Hidden Language. I offer small classes and one to one yoga for those with special needs. I have been a follower of Swami Radha’s teachings for many years and believe that these teachings are highly relevant to today’s students, showing us ways to empower ourselves and develop our own inner guru.
I have a centre in the beautiful town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight which you can visit for a weekend or day workshop. You will receive a warm welcome and be able to enjoy the fresh air and varied walks for which the Isle of Wight is famous. Please visit my website here.
Karen has just had her second child and so is not teaching at the moment.

Jayne Boys first met Swami Radha in 1988 when first taking the 3 month Yoga Development Course at Yasodhara Ashram. She has since been teaching yoga at the ashram and bringing Swami Radha’s in depth approach to yoga to Europe.
On return to England she established the first Radha Centre in Canterbury, Kent and began to import Timeless books for sale across Europe. After living at the ashran in the late 90s she returned to London and established the Bethnal Green Centre and more recently the retreat centre in Pakefield, Suffolk.
Jayne is currently at the ashram for a further period of residency.

I completed the YDC and Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification in 1997, followed by the Kundalini & Dreams and Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification in 1999, and until 2008 I was offering classes, workshops and satsangs in Canterbury, Whitstable and Ashford in Kent.
In 2008 I returned to the ashram to experience once more the transformative experience of the YDC and to remain for an extended period as a karmi yogi. Since then I have returned to the UK and spent some time organising my life so that I could move my home from Kent to London. It is from London I will now be offering classes once more.
Swami Radha offers us many wonderful tools to help bring greater understanding and compassion to ourselves and to others. Her wisdom has transformed and enriched my life in a way I would not have believed possible. It is with joy that I am able to offer these same tools to others.

I have been connected to the teachings of Swami Sivananda Radha since 2005 and took the YDC in 2008 spending most of the next 18 months at the ashram practicing karma yoga and offering hatha classes. This was a wonderful time of exploring myself and making connections.
The focus of Swami Sivananda Radha’s teachings is the Divine feminine and one of the great joys of my time at the ashram was connecting with a group of young men who support and share this aspect of themselves with each other. I stay connected with this small global community through online classes, helping me keep my personal practice of yoga and Buddhism grounded, and the benefits of community present in my life.
I took the Hidden Language Hatha Yoga and the Dream and Kundalini Yoga teacher certification courses in the summer of 2009 and support the teachings here through karma yoga and occasional satsangs and workshops in Pakefield.
